Born in Moscow, Nikita Sichov arrived in Paris in 1980. After graduating in Civil and Business Law, he joined a Solicitor’s office (“Etude d’Avoué”) as an associate, and then passed the Solicitor’s exam. He practiced litigation before the Court of Appeal of Paris and Versailles for thirteen years.
Anticipating the French Judicial reform, he became a Barrister (“Avocat”) in Paris and joined the largest French Law Firm where he developed his area of practice, specializing in real estate.
In 2010, Nikita moved to the French Riviera and concentrated on his practice with foreign investors, advising on acquisitions both as an adviser and a litigator.
After four years of partnership within a thirty- year- old Law Firm, Nikita opened his office on the famous Croisette in Cannes. He provides a personal, tailor-made service rather than something efficient but anonymous, and is one of the first Fiduciary Lawyers in France. With four years of experience on the French Riviera, Nikita has an international network of professional experts allowing him to use recognized specialists in any area outside his own specialisms. His primary concern is to provide a first -class professional service to his clients.
