World Citizen Services has been operating since 2005 as part of ABN AMRO Private Banking International.We represent ABN AMRO Private Banking in various key locations with a high density of clients and potential clients. Our main aims are to assist existing clients all around the world, to provide local expertise and a network for clients and prospective clients, to increase brand awareness amongst key prospects, and the acquisition of new clients for the network.
WCS activities currently focus on acquisition for the global network and local services to Private Banking customers and prospective customers.
WCS business is to support our clients and prospects
As a local acquisition hub for new PB & PWM clients, WCS is a source of new assets and liabilities for different booking centres through networking, referrals and local events. We ensure local networking and expertise are at the disposal of both our international clients and the whole ABN AMRO organisation. “Cross-border private banking” is our core business, which includes structuring, estate planning and wealth preservation.
We operate in the following HNWI areas:
- France (Nice, Cannes, Saint jean cap ferrat Valbonne, Mougins, Saint-Tropez and Paris)
- Spain (Marbella, Mallorca, Tenerife, Ibiza, Costa Blanca, Madrid and Barcelona).

Members of the WCS team act as a gateway for the international ABN AMRO network and their clients to the local ABN AMRO network.
By being on-the-ground and providing objective advice on where within the network clients' financial needs can be best serviced, we add value for multi-jurisdiction clients and prospects. We also support clients and prospective clients with local knowledge to underpin local ABN AMRO teams' service and advice to their customers.
International Estate Planning advice through Estate Planners from the ABN AMRO network; acquiring new Advisory and Discretionary Portfolio Management contracts through international booking centres; providing credit facilities through “buitenland hypotheken” (overseas mortgages), equity release, bridge loans and back-to-back through international booking centres.
