Ashley Novak's passion for real estate began at a young age and her love of the business and her clients continues to grow. Ashley is a veteran of the United States Air Force and spent her career in the military working as a financial analyst and contracting specialist. Ashley's time spent in the military cemented her strong values of integrity, loyalty, and dependability. She is a dedicated, results-driven performer with a strong background in acquisitions and contracting. Her vast experience managing, negotiating, and executing millions of dollars easily transitioned her into the competitive world of real estate where she quickly made a name for herself dominating the Los Angeles market.

Ashley resides on the Westside of Los Angeles and is an active member of the community. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, SPX Pilates, hiking, standup paddleboarding, watching football and travel. Ashley is an advocate for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. A true animal lover, she has three rescue animals of her own. Ashley also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University.
