I am lucky to be your neighbor,
having lived in San Fernando Valley and the West Los Angeles areas for over 30
years. I am very familiar with our neighborhoods. I know the schools, the new
and old businesses, various social institutions, and the people of our
neighborhood. If I have not yet run into you, I will definitely drop by in the
next few days to say ‘hi'.

I have two things going for me in real estate. First, I am an anthropologist who studies and understands people and cultures. That background makes me patient, courteous, understanding, and attentive to the needs of real property buyers and sellers. I understand how to work with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Secondly, although I have lived in Los Angeles since 1982, I have, thankfully, not lost my accent. While it makes me memorable to my clients, it combines with my quality service to expand that clientele. I am sociable, caring, hardworking, and result-oriented. I am successful in this industry because I work hard for my clients, I listen to their concerns, and I promptly take care of their needs. When you call me, I will be ready and always prepared.
