Fred Darwich

Fred Darwich, born 1941, is a full time real estate professional. He started his real estate carrier in 1979. Fred's expertise lies in selling and leasing residential and investment properties throughout the Los Angeles County. Fred also specializes in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. In 1985, Fred joined Century 21 where he was named one of the top real estate agents for several years in a row. During that time Fred represented both buyers and sellers in the sale of residential properties, office buildings and shopping centers. During the 1991-95 real estate crash Mr. Darwich represented buyers in bidding on RTC-owned properties such as Hotels, Office Buildings, shopping centers and regional malls. From 1995-2003 Fred sold multiple homes, apartment complexes, shoping centers, office buildings including Wells Fargo Building in Tarzana and the 12 story Korea office center in Los Angeles. In March 2003 Fred joined Rodeo Realty in Woodland Hills, a very well respected name and the largest Independent Real Estate Company in Los Angeles. Fred continued his real estate success by listing and selling multi million dollars homes and investment properties. During his real estate carrier Fred listed and sold properties valued in excess of $200 Million.In addition to his real estate education, Mr. Darwich speaks fluently several languages and has a Master degree in civil and structural engineering.
