A native of Los Angeles, on any given day, Michael can be found traversing the city from Encino to Beverly Hills – in search of properties for clients. “Some agents like to focus their efforts on a particular neighborhood. I know it’s more work, but I pride myself on being up-to-speed on what’s happening throughoutthe city. As a result, I can better help clients assess alternative areas; I can effectively assist clients in their transition from their gated Calabasas homes to their luxurious south of the boulevard homes; and I have a better overall knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market as a whole.”

A self proclaimed “real estate junkie,” Michael thrives on the relationships he creates and meeting the needs of his clients. He loves living and working in the San Fernando Valley where he enjoys the diverse cultures as well as the sense of community. “You get the best of both worlds,” he says of the area. “There is a unique energy to the valley lifestyle. While it is sophisticated it still retains a sense of casual elegance with a small town feel. Residents get to enjoy the outdoors, the various hills and hiking trails and of course-the sunshine!”

Michael is uncompromising about his philosophy that real estate is a very personal business. “I cannot stress the fact that listening is one of the most important things to fulfilling a client’s needs. In some cases, the clients don’t even know what they need but a good agent can help them through the process. Staying focused on a client’s needs without being motivated by the monetary aspect of a transaction is extremely important.”
