Regla Vera, began her career in the real estate industry in 1978 in the East Coast. Her experience, knowledge and skills include both residential and commercial real estate. Further Regla's background includes court appearances as an Expert Witness testifying in general litigation cases, divorce, bankruptcy cases etc. Regla's most memorable court appearance was in the greatly media publicized litigation case against the actor Michael J. Fox. He was sued after the sale of his Fryman Estate home; Regla was retained as an Expert Witness to testify on his behalf.

Regla is well-known for her competence, positive win-win, can-do attitude. Her background and keen knowledge of the residential and commercial real estate provides the Sellers as well as Buyers security knowing they will be well advised and guided throughout the transaction of selling and/or buying.

Regla serves on the Executive Board for the Valley Glen Neighborhood Association (VGNA) over the last 8 years. Also was on the Board of Directors for the San Fernando Mental Health Center in Van Nuys. Dear Mr. Katzman:

Though I never personally met Regla Cubana, she has practically become a member of our extended family as she guided us through a very difficult sale and subsequent follow-ups. Regla brought real value to the table and more than earned her fee during the sale of Catherine Szendrey’s WEHO, Hayworth Ave, property. This deal was very difficult due to confounded title circumstances and due to vagaries of the buyer. Seller was my elderly Aunt Catherine and I worked with Regla as Catherine's representative. Without Regla this deal would not have happened and we are grateful for her hard, patient and imaginative work.
