Donielle Fish

A native to the state of Kansas, Donielle Fish has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. Her love of working with people, food and cooking took her right from high school into the food and beverage industry where she started learning about food and wine while working in different boutique restaurants alongside restaurateurs, executive chefs and sommeliers. Her passion for travel, the Latin culture and the Spanish language paved the way for her undergraduate studies in Spanish language at the University of Kansas.

This passion later took her to Costa Rica where she studied at the University of Costa Rica on an exchange program. After becoming fluent in the Spanish language, Donielle worked as a medical interpreter with the University of Kansas Medical Hospital and as a volunteer for MACLA (Medical Aid for Children of Latin America) in Bolivia. Donielle currently resides in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica where she has brought together her passion for working with people, the Latin culture and the hospitality industry in managing private investment and rental villas for home owners.
