For nearly a decade, Chabot has served as a Southern California Realtor and formerly as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PA Real Estate Advisors, Inc. where she worked with investors in selecting out-of-state properties for real estate investing purposes. Chabot formerly served as a partner in Robinson and Associates, Inc. and was the general contractor on single-family residence projects in North Carolina, Texas, and Washington. As a sales and marketing business consultant, she served as Vice President of FMT, Inc. and was an associate with the IDK Group. Chabot has served as president of the consulting firm Threshold Communications for more than two decades. Special projects included serving as the Executive Director of the World Affairs Council of Ventura County. Chabot is the mother of five children and is active in church and community activities."
