I was born in the San Fernando Valley and have been a native in Los Angeles for all of my life. My real estate career began in May of 1991. My real estate experience is extensive. My past experience includes Manager of a Century 21 Office, and I was also Associate Manager for Rodeo Realty’s Encino Sales Office. My success is evidenced by my consistent 23 year production.
With an in-depth knowledge of the Westside, Valley and surrounding cities, I am an expert at evaluating and marketing a property to suit the individual needs of each owner. I hold the designation of Fine Homes and Estates, and I am a quality agent in marketing homes in every price range. I am committed to treating all of my clients with integrity, honesty, and the utmost respect.
With nearly 23 years’ experience and a background which includes, marketing, finance, negotiation, mediation and contract drafting give me the knowledge necessary to handle complex transactions. These attributes also help clients buy and sell in difficult economic conditions or times of stress. Single family homes, condominiums, and residential income are my area of expertise.
I pay close attention to the development and use of the internet and its many uses in the real estate marketplace. I am constantly on the cutting edge of technology!
I have been both a manager and training director for many years in my real estate career. My skills include close association with many agents and considerable experience with a variety of paperwork
