Earls Court is a district in the Royal Borough of Kensington, on the western edge of Central London. This wealthy central area is characterized by multi-million dollar Georgian properties, manicured garden squares and trendy pubs. Besides, there are various events which are organized during summer, such as the Championship Wimbledon. Nevertheless, as London attracts many tourists during this period of the year, you will have to foresee a travel budget more substantial and a longer time spent in queuing.

Brompton Cemetery

This royal park is one of the London's most atypical one. This Victorian-style cemetery stretches over 16 hectares of green space. Sprinkled by sculptures, monuments, trees, wildfire and old graves, visitors can go for a walk in this peaceful area. Brompton Cemetery is one of London's Magnificent Seven garden cemeteries and is a resting place of a number of renowned people. Built in a ring around the capital in the 1830s, it now hosts around 35,000 gravestones, stoned arcades, catacombs and a chapel. This is the only cemetery of the country to belong to the Crown and it is listed as a historical site.

Olympia London

Build in 1886 by the architect Henry Edward Coe, Olympia London has enjoyed a colourful history, from Horse shows to Home shows, by way of the British Industries Fairs, computer exhibitions as well as live concerts of Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd.
