Puerto Banus is one of the most coveted, but also the most expensive neighborhoods in Marbella. The district was developed by two architects, including the designer of the city of Beverly Hills. Today it shelters sumptuous marina and luxury apartment.

Moreover, it is the largest commercial area in Spain, there are plenty of luxury shops and restaurants.

Puerto Banus is also a popular place to see yachts and luxury cars.

The luxury property market on the Costa Del Sol is constantly evolving. This significantly supports the local economy and also allows the development of new jobs. We can’t really say that summers are cold on the Costa Del Sol, as temperatures rarely drop below 10 degrees. However, the region is experiencing some rain, even if it remains minimal compared to the fine weather. Temperatures can go from 10 to 16 degrees.

High Season

In March and April, the climate is dry and the days are bright. The low rainfall allows this area to have high temperatures before summer arrives. These conditions are exceptional for visitors.

Moreover, in November and December, thanks to the overall drop in temperatures, the heat remains very pleasant and allows visitors to enjoy without being invaded by heat.

During this period, temperature can vary from 12 to 21 degrees.

Peak Season
mai 01 - oct. 30

The best time of the year is from May to October. It is during these months that the climate is warmest, temperatures start at 20 degrees but can go up to 33 degrees.. 

Each day is more beautiful than the previous one, and even if the influx of tourists is constantly increasing, it does not prevent from having a good time, with family or friends.

Marina Puerto Banus

The marina of Puertos Banus is one of the most famous places in the region. Several thousand luxury boats and yachts moored each year.

Most of them stay in the Marina and are used as holiday homes. The port is also the place of many luxurious cars that the rich owners come to exhibit. The visit of Puerto Banus will surely not leave you indifferent

Rinoceros dressed in lace

Located on one end of the Avenida de Nacionales Unidas, is a statue made by Salvator Dali. It is a huge rhinoceros of more than three tons.

Also named: "Rinoceronte Vestido, it was created on the occasion of the shooting of a film, "The Prodigious History of Lace Making and the Rhinoceros" in 1954.


Avenida José Banus

It is one of the most famous Avenues in the neighbourhood. She sleeps directly from the center on the Marina. It is on this avenue that the city of Marbella pays tribute to the personalities who contributed to its development, as was the case of Julio Iglesias, Dani Garcia and Lola Flores.
