Ed Biddison

Ed began his professional career as a real estate appraiser in the summer of 2002, while pursuing his degree in Finance at the University of Florida. He worked part time as an appraiser for his remaining time in college, and upon graduation in 2003, he moved back home to Fort Myers to continue his career in real estate. In the summer of 2006,he also obtained licensure as a sales associate. Ed has spent the past decade learning the intricacies of the Lee and Collier County markets while working simultaneously as an appraiser and a realtor. He possesses both broad and specific knowledge of our entire region and he has successfully closed sales in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Matlacha. Ed's appraisal background is especially useful to his clients throughout the negotiation process. Ed spends his free time with his wife, Lauren, and their growing family. He enjoys boating and fishing in our local waters, cheering for the Florida Gators and the Miami Dolphins, and participating in adult flag football and various co-ed sports leagues in our area.
