I have been an active real estate agent here in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area for more than 10 years. I was previously associated with Coldwell Banker as an award winning Previews agent before joining Royal Shell Real Estate. Prior to relocating to South West Florida, I lived in New Jersey where I earned a Bachelor's Degree from Kean University. After teaching for a number of years, I was offered an opportunity to work as a Sales Manager for a manufacturing company and later became partner and Senior Vice President of Sales. Having held a New Jersey Real Estate license for 10+years during this time, I successfully designed and sold custom single family homes. My experience and passion for sales, home building, and design led me into a full time career in real estate here in Southwest Florida. My knowledge of the area and its waterways has been a great tool and asset in assisting both buyers and sellers. Focusing on their concerns and desires for selling or buying, I work hard to provide my customers with a sound level of comfort. My success in real estate is greatly attributed to the many referrals I received from past and present customers, their friends, and family. I pride myself in giving my customers the best service possible, and assisting them in all facets of buying, selling, and new construction.
