Wade earned his degrees in Business Administration from Univ. Of Illinois and Business/Managerial Economics from the Univ. of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He is an elected Director on the board of the Bonita Springs Estero Realtors Association, where he chairs the Government Affairs Committee and Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) which advocates for homeowner's rights and much more.

Wade began his real estate career in 1994 in Minnesota where he spent 20+ years specializing in residential mortgage lending, real estate, and title services. His appreciation for the Florida lifestyle and warm winters moved his family to the Fort Myers area full-time in 2012. Since then, Wade has immersed himself in the local real estate market, providing them with a deep knowledge of the communities of SWFL, the amenities, and the new construction opportunities.
