The real estate market in Portugal attracts mainly foreign investors. Among them, we find in first position the French investors (25%), followed by the English with a little less than 20%, the Chinese (13%), the Brazilians (8%) then the Belgians (5%). With over 2500 hours of sunshine per year, the high season is undoubtedly the hottest season in the country with temperature from 17 to 32 degrees.
