Awarded a diploma by the Chambers of Bailliffs, it is as a bank manager specialized in real estate loans that Patrick Caveriviere grew familiar with his future profession.                                                                                       
In 1993, he launched out into real estate development and opened his first real estate agency specialized in transaction in the city of Saint Raphaël in the south of France.                                                                                
21 years later and around ten high valued real estate projects sold out, in and around the city of Saint Raphaël, Patrick Caveriviere has become the manager as well as owner of several satellite agencies with high reputation.

- at the entry of the Bay of St Tropez at the Issambres , sea side
- next to the gambling Casino of St Raphaël, facing the sea
- on the Golf of Valescure at the entry of the Club House of St Raphaël.
