Denny began his real estate career in Lafayette, Indiana, home to Purdue University, in 1977.  In two short years, he became the top producer and Vice President of the company.  Active in the Realtor Association, he became president of the Lafayette Board of Realtors in 1985 and then in 1994 became President of the Indiana Association of Realtors.   He continued his volunteer work at the National Association of Realtors and was asked to be the Chairman of the prestigious Issues Mobilization Committee in 2001.  He moved to Hobart, Indiana in 2000 where he and his deceased wife owned and operated Ginter Realty.  He opened a successful custom home building company and development company in 2001.  Owning property in Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs since 2005, he knew he wanted to move to Florida full-time and sell real estate.  That goal was accomplished in 2017.  Along with his significant other Robin Bennett, as his partner in life and real estate, he brings his many years in real estate sales along with his extensive knowledge in construction to the table to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals here in Southwest Florida. Denny holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Purdue University and has earned the CRS, ABR and GRI designations.
