Kim Amstutz

Kim Amstutz has witnessed the transformation of Southwest Florida firsthand since 2001.  Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and pursued her dual passion for real estate and helping people.  Kim not only guides her customers to find the right property for them in “paradise,” but also knows the market and can communicate the unique characteristics of each surrounding area - first hand. As a realtor, Kim’s focused priority is to make her customers feel comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.  Kim keenly listens to the customers’ wants and needs to create success and satisfaction with every transaction.  During the process Kim creates a fun, stress-free, and easy rapport.  Her extensive background in sales, management, and ownership of successful businesses in Ohio and Southwest Florida gives her the experience, skills and knowledge of both real estate and people to ensure seamless transactions and happy customers. After trading in boots for flip flops, Kim, her husband, and two children have been living their dream in “paradise” for over 25 years!  She revels in sharing “paradise” with her customers.  When Kim is not busy finding the perfect property for her customers, she is a singer and performs at local clubs and communities.  In her “spare” time, Kim enjoys golfing, pickleball, the beach, traveling and spoiling her grandchildren.
