Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is originally from Southwest Florida, she attended elementary, middle, and high school in Cape Coral and her family heritage runs deep in the community. According to documents found at the Southwest Florida Historical Society Melissa’s relatives were one of the first pioneer families of Southwest Florida, dating back to the early 1800’s. She is extremely passionate about the value and trust clients place in her and is relentless when it comes to exceeding their expectations and Real Estate goals. Proudly raising two children of her own in Fort Myers and Naples, Melissa is very knowledgeable of the things that matter most to parents. She spent most of her nights and weekends on the football or softball field, and days volunteering at various schools. Her intimate knowledge of the area gives her the enthusiasm and desire to make her home, your home. Melissa has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2006. During that time, she also earned a degree at Florida Southwestern College, where she continues to pursue her education in business. This knowledge coupled with her outstanding experience in sales and client relations has provided her with the valuable skills that are needed in real estate negotiations and educating home buyers and sellers. Melissa is detail oriented, proactive, fun to be around and determined in her pursuits. Her goal is to make the home buying process easy and stress-free for clients to enjoy a memorable real estate buying/selling experience.
