After spending time in the nation's capital considering pursuing a law degree, she decided to choose happiness. She chose the "endless summers" life and has not looked back since. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a passion to help people, she was led into a real estate career by a desire to help others. She is meticulous, organized and patient. She truly wants the best for her clients and strives to guide you through the transaction as smoothly as possible. Octavia serves the Southwest Florida region residents in the home buying/selling process.
