Ralph Galietti

Ralph was formerly a New York City police officer and Cathy a hairdresser. Early in their marriage, they purchased their first home. It was in need of much work and together they both renovated, decorated and then sold it three years later. It was that first experience in real estate that made them realize that they may have carved out a niche in an industry that they have come to love. They continued to buy and sell homes until Ralph retired from NYPD. Upon his retirement, Cathy and Ralph moved to Bushkill, PA. They owned a home there, and it is there that Ralph became a real estate professional selling land and new construction. He was employed by the Ahnert family who owned the Fernwood Hotel and much of the land in the surrounding area including the development called Saw Creek where they owned their home. Cathy continued to commute to New York for a time at her profession. In addition, they both continued to build, decorate and sell their own homes. When Ralph and Cathy started their careers in Saw Creek, PA, the development had 20 homes and when they left to start a new life in Florida, Saw Creek, PA had upwards of 2000 homes. Ralph and Cathy started their real estate careers as a team in Florida in 1989 on Sanibel Island. They have enjoyed success in the industry in Florida for 28 years. In that time they have been selling not only on Sanibel, but the Ft. Myers, Bonita and Naples area as well. All together their real estate careers spans over 36 years. Ralph and Cathy are also the proud parents of two children and two grandchildren. Their granddaughter is a trauma nurse at Lee Memorial Hospital. They feel blessed in their lives together in marriage and their profession. They celebrated 54 years of marriage this past year and sadly Cathy would pass away in September 2019.
