Thomas Cheves

Thomas has been a Top Producer in the real estate business for 15 years, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and a member of Global Luxury. He was born and raised in nearby Greenville, South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Business Management and a Minor in Law. After college, Thomas enjoyed success in outside business-to-business sales roles while receiving excellent corporate sales training. Years later, following his intrinsic love of real estate and helping people, Thomas took the plunge into a real estate career and never looked back. His passion is helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams in a strategic, enjoyable, low-stress manner. "The client experience is at the top of the list. Thomas is a self-described "sports nut" and loves spending time with his family and friends doing "basically anything outdoors." Decades of visits and trips to the Highlands–Cashiers Plateau cultivated a love for the area, its beauty and its recreation. Even before having a Cashiers' home, he knew that assisting clients in the area was in his future. Prior to working on the Plateau, he's been a leader in the Greenville market and is a former Chairman of the Greater Greenville MLS. Thomas is married to his wife of fifteen years, Anna and has a twelve-year-old girl, Anna Frances, and an eight-year-old boy, Thomas III.
