Investing in Mexico City is a true advantage as prices are very competitive. The period from May to September corresponds to the rainy season. Temperatures are particularly high (around 30 degrees) and rains are violent. Besides, September and October are characterized by cyclones.

From October to April, this is the dry season: the weather is agreeable, temperatures are around 25 degrees and rains are rare. This is the perfect period to travel to Mexico. However, the evenings can be cooler.

Peak Season
Feb 01 - Apr 30

Between February and April, this is the best period to visit Mexico. Therefore, it  corresponds to a large inrush of tourists. Indeed, March is characterized by the American spring break and Mexico is flooded by American students who come for parties. This is the same for the Semana Santa, which takes place at the beginning of April, and that corresponds to a holiday and party week for all Mexicans.

Soumaya Museum

Situated in Nuevo Polanco, Soumaya Museum is part of an ultra-modern development called Plaza Carso and is considered to be the largest one of its kind in Latin America. The museum's building is itself a work of art thanks to its unique exterior, which was designed by the famous architect Frank Gehry. This free museum is an exceptional experience due to its rotating exhibitions on the highest floor, its splendid collection of contemporary art, religious art from many countries and its pieces from masters like El Greco, Van Gogh or Matisse among others.This museum was created in order to provide Mexicans a chance to see the great work and artists from all over the world who might not be able to afford a trip to such places otherwise.

Pujol Restaurant

Pujol Restaurant is one of the top 50 in the world. This small restaurant is easily missed from the street, and has a very minimalist décoration. Thanks to an always-changing menu, visitors are offered different options for seven courses, including a “street snacks” course with things like baby corn with powdered ants and fried chicken skin with escamoles. Other items include suckling lamb tacos and shrimp tostadas in order to taste an exceptional and delicious food.
