Before any investments, international foreigners must approach an industry professional to know the conditions related to this investment. This professional must first collect the primary information of the purchaser, his nationality, his country of residence, his professional situation and his matrimonial regime. Members of the European Union and countries signatories to a special agreement with France, benefit from special regimes. On the other hand, foreign buyers do not need to constitute a company to benefit from another status and therefore depend on a different legal and fiscal regime.
From October to April temperatures are at the lowest on the Cote d'Azur, even if they rarely fall below 10 degrees.

The Castle of Roquebrune Cap Martin was built in the 10th century to defend the Western frontier of the domain against the attacks of the Saracens. It was at the time, a simple donjon nestled in the middle of a fortress including the whole village. The castle have had many owners, the Grimaldi family in the fifteenth century who left its name to the castle, then the Roquebrunois citizens in 1808 before belonging to a rich British tourist who eventually ceded the castle to the city. From the top of the castle remains a breathtaking view of Monaco, the sea and the city.
The walk of "Le Corbusier" hold its name from the famous Franco-Suisse architect Édouard Jeanneret-Gris, also nicknamed "Le Corbusier". It is a coastal path that runs along Cape Bénat and connects Roquebrune-Cap-Martin to Monaco, through a breathtaking landscape and views of the Italian coast. The trail is particularly rocky and does not include a beach, but small stone staircases allow to reach the sea. Today the trail is very well preserved and enjoys an exceptional Mediterranean vegetation. The trail is also accessible all year round and in all weather conditions. On the way back, it is possible to rest in the Parc du Cap Martin alongside the centuries-old olive trees.
