I am a dually-licensed realtor associate who actively practices in both in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area of SW Florida, and Toms River and the Beaches areas in Ocean County, New Jersey.  I assist first-time buyers, those downsizing or expanding, and vacation-home buyers, which includes beach and waterfront properties. I have lived on the water for many years, am an avid boater, and am greatly familiar with all the waterfront neighborhoods and waterways. I sell quite a bit of waterfront and beach properties, and am familiar with post-Sandy regulations.

Prior to becoming a realtor, I enjoyed a busy career in the legal profession for 22 years, both as a paralegal and legal administrator. That background has enabled me to effectively guide clients through the process to ensure that the transaction runs as smoothly as possible.
