Erika Koscal

Joe and Erika work together as the Koscal Team.  They have found that working as a team allows them to use their different skills and strengths to complement one another and provide the best service possible for their clients.  Full-time residents of Bonita Springs, the Koscal Team is here to help year-round.   Joe has 30 years of business sales, finance and real estate experience.  In addition to helping buyers and sellers, he has experience flipping homes and working with investment properties.  He strengths included sales negotiation, managing inspection and construction issues, and financing solutions.  He will give straight answers and offer solid advice based on facts and market information.  Joe is an outside the box thinker and tenacious negotiator which enhances his client’s competitive position. Erika also has 30 years of business management and real estate experience.  She brings her skills to clients as a master market researcher (pricing), data analyst and marketing strategist. Erika’s personal approach and warmth makes clients feel special, because to Erika each client is special. She designs a customized marketing plan for each client and keeps our clients informed with ongoing communication. She has special training for working with seniors and has earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES). Joe grew up moving around, living in Illinois, New Jersey, Indiana, Texas and Kansas.  He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Kansas making him a lifetime Jayhawk.  While having a career in business sales, consulting and banking, he always had a hand in real estate, buying and flipping homes and purchasing real estate investment properties.  He enjoys golf, tennis, pickle ball, beach time, traveling, working on his hobby car; a 1974 Alfa Romeo spider and whatever Erika tells him he enjoys. Erika has roots in New England but spent most of her formative years in Colorado.  She attended Colorado State University where she earned a BS in Biochemistry and an MBA in Marketing.  During her corporate career, Erika held various sales and management positions with Shell Oil and Starbucks. She enjoys traveling, gardening, kayaking, tennis, biking, trying new restaurants and learning to golf! Joe and Erika have 2 daughters and 2 sons living in various corners of the world.
