Jamie Lienhardt

Jamie Lienhardt has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1967. An honors graduate of Edison Community College, she earned a degree in Business Administration and also attended Florida State University, majoring in Business Accounting and Finance. In 1985, she began her real estate career with Merrill Lynch Realty which was then purchased by Prudential Florida Realty. While with Merrill Lynch Realty, she was the Relocation Coordinator for Lee and Collier counties assisting buyers and sellers with their corporate moves. As secretary with Prudential’s 5th Avenue South Naples office, she was promoted to Administrative Assistant to the Sales Manager and progressed as a Personal Assistant for three very productive sales agents. Now with Royal Shell Real Estate, Jamie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Rotary Club of Estero and the Estero Chamber of Commerce. She is very active within her community by participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Our Lady of Light Catholic Church as a Lector for over 8 years. International charities she strongly believes in helping are the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Rotary International/The Rotary Foundation, The Salvation Army and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Local charities include Our Mother’s Home, L.I.G.H.T., Fort Myers Rescue Mission and Hope Hospice. She has been an active board member of the San Carlos Park Scorpion Soccer Club since 1994; holding the office of President for three terms and also Director of Sponsorship and Fund Raising. She has also given an opportunity to students in their junior and senior year in high school as well as Florida Gulf Coast University students to earn their community service hours required for graduation, by setting up an opportunity for them to coach youth soccer players. In May 2010, she resigned from San Carlos Park Scorpion Soccer Club after 16 years of service. As a resident of Estero, she has attended the workshops of the Estero Council of Community Leaders and Planning Panel. She played an active role in the planning of Estero Community Park. She was an active voice in securing 2 soccer fields for the park with one currently in place. In October 2010, she was approved to become a Rotary Club member joining the Rotary Club of Estero and beginning her Rotary Leadership International training. She earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors along with the Transnational Referral Certification allowing her to work with other Realtors who will be able to refer buyers and sellers to her throughout the world. Jamie has strong relationships with local sales people, service providers, builders & developers and has participated in over $100 million in sales since 1998 specializing in the Lee and Collier county areas. She is very service oriented, conscientious about her customers and ready to work for you!
