Background
Steve was born in Santa Maria California moved to St Louis MO as a young child and grew up in Rockville Maryland. After graduating with a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in 1983, Steve worked in marketing with the Maytag company for almost 10 years. Steve learned the importance of always focusing on the customer’s needs. While working for Maytag Steve lived in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee and eventually moved to Cape Coral Florida in 1991. Steve began his real estate career in 1993.
In his free time, Steve Koffman enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and blended family including 6 adult children. Steve loves boating, traveling as well as the lifestyle that SW Florida has to offer.

During his decades long career, Steve has been a leader, top producer and mentor in the local real estate industry. Steve has been a writer/contributor to the local paper, the News Press, active at the Chamber of Commerce in Cape Coral and has been listed as one of the top agents in the world by the Wallstreet Journal.
It was Steve’s love of helping other agents as well as buyers and sellers that evolved into the founding the Koffman Group in 1993. The Koffman Group has a very long history of excellent service to their clients over the many decades since it was established.
