Terri Shrodi made Southwest Florida her permanent home in 2003. Terri loves all that Southwest Florida has to offer and it brings her great joy to help her clients find their own piece of this Tropical Paradise. Terri is originally from Donegal in the Northwest of Ireland. She obtained her degree in ‘Community Workplace Management’ and was instrumental in setting up numerous community projects during a very troubled time in her country’s history. She moved on to the banking and finance industry for a few years before putting her experience to use with her family’s own construction and development company, where she managed the site sales offices on various new build residential projects, as well as managing the residential and commercial side of their business. Terri has also owned and managed a shop on Sanibel for a few years. Terri’s first visit to Florida was as a ‘tourist’ in 1981 to Disney World. She became an annual vacationer, spreading her wings a little further across the state until she found Fort Myers and Sanibel Island; Terri was hooked and Southwest Florida became her only annual destination, until she finally moved here and obtained her real estate license. Since then, Terri has had a passion for helping others find their own dream home in Southwest Florida!
