Suite à la réussite de ses diplômes universitaires en immobilier, Flavien intègre Carlton Group. For 8 years Flavien attended a college with a sports section, aiming at being selected for the National Youth Rugby Team, but while completing commercial and Public Relations studies there, he discovered a passion for real estate.
